COVID-19 UPDATE #4

Dear Valued Customer,

We are once again accepting customers in person. Even though we prefer our customers to continue to use our 'No Contact' procedures, we understand that some people will prefer in person customer service. For customers choosing to come in for in person contact, we will be using the following procedures:

  • if you are exhibiting any flu-like symptoms do not enter the facility

  • masks are not mandatory but are encouraged

  • please follow the directions and signs when entering the reception area. These directions include:​​

    • using the hand sanitizer provided (or use your own) upon coming in​

    • keeping 2 metres distance from employees and other customers

    • only 2 customers at a time permitted (there are chairs by the door for waiting)

  • we ask that you explain to the Customer Service Staff your repair items rather than request for them to come outside in person. If you need to show something to our staff:

    • please take a picture or a video on your phone to show (if possible)

    • if an employee must be shown the issue, please wear a mask and keep 2 metres distance from the employee 

As the owner of Wild Mountain RV, I am doing everything I can to ensure the health and safety of the staff and you, the customer. As businesses continue to re-open and restrictions are eased, we strongly request that if you have:

 

- been diagnosed with COVID-19, you do not make an appointment until you have been cleared by your doctor

- been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, you do not make an appointment for 14 after contact

- experienced flu like symptoms, you do not make an appointment for 10 days
