COVID-19 UPDATE - Feb 3, 2021

Dear Valued Customer,

With spring around the corner, we have updated our COVID-19 policies once again. Once an RV is dropped off for service, there will be a mandatory wait of 3 days before a technician will begin working on the RV. Management can make exceptions to this policy if it is determined than PPE can mitigate the risk to the technicians. We may also waive this requirement if only exterior work needs to be performed. 

We continue to accept customers in person, but we also have 'No Contact' procedures. For customers choosing to come in for in-person contact, we will be using the following procedures:

  • if you are exhibiting any flu-like symptoms do not enter the facility

  • masks are mandatory for all customers. If you are unable or unwilling to wear a mask, please call us and we will provide curbside or over the phone service when you arrive

  • please follow the directions and signs when entering the reception area. These directions include:​​

    • using the hand sanitizer provided (or use your own) upon coming in​

    • keeping 2 metres distance from employees and other customers

    • only 2 customers at a time permitted (there are chairs by the door for waiting)

  • we ask that you explain to the Customer Service Staff your repair items rather than request for them to come outside in person. If you need to show something to our staff:

    • please take a picture or a video on your phone to show (if possible)

    • if an employee must be shown the issue, please wear a mask and keep 2 metres distance from the employee 

As the owner of Wild Mountain RV, I am doing everything I can to ensure the health and safety of the staff and you, the customer. We strongly request that if you have:

 

- been diagnosed with COVID-19, you do not make an appointment until you have been cleared by your doctor

- been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, you do not make an appointment for 14 days after contact

- experienced flu like symptoms, you do not make an appointment for 10 days
