At Wild Mountain RV we will ensure your insurance claim is stress free!!

If you find yourself with damage to your RV that is covered under your insurance policy**, follow these steps:

  1. Open a claim with your insurance company. 

  • Once your claim is open, you will need an estimate of the damages

  • Bring your RV to Wild Mountain RV - we will prepare an estimate and submit it to your insurance company. If they want to have an Appraiser see the RV, they will come here to assess the damage and take a copy of our estimate for approval.

  2. Repair the RV.

  • Once the estimate is approved, and you give Wild Mountain RV the 'go ahead', we will repair your RV and submit the invoice to the insurance company.

  3. Pick up your RV.

  • Once the repairs are completed, we will contact you to come and pick up your RV. You will not be billed for the insurance portion of the invoice unless your were paid out directly by the insurance company.

 

You must mention this offer when you drop off your RV and fill out the customer service form (will not refund after payment is made)

*We will cover your deductible costs, up to $500 dollars, depending on the amount of the total invoice.

  • Total Invoice $1000-$1999, we cover $100 of the deductible.

  • Total Invoice $2000-$2999, we cover $200 of the deductible.

  • Total Invoice $3000-$3999, we cover $300 of the deductible.

  • Total Invoice $4000-$4999, we cover $400 of the deductible.

  • Total Invoice $5000 or over, we cover $500 of the deductible. 

**Does not apply to after market warranty insurance claims.
